Review: Keto Tortillas

I’m dieting, and it’s not a keto diet per se, but I do use keto foods to help with the diet. Technically I could probably go into ketosis at some point, but that’s not my intention.

The reason is, I’m just trying to cut down as many carbs as I can. The last time I did this diet, I ate two eggs in the morning with apple slices or a banana. The eggs would either be boiled or fried, but usually boiled. And that would last me until dinner most days.

Sometimes I’d snack on baby carrots, usually just a few is all it would take, and when I had dinner I’d usually eat a salad with two more diced hard boiled eggs and a diced up baked chicken breast. Protein, man. That’s where it’s at.

But, on the rare chance I ate lunch, it would be two wraps with a packet of Chicken or Tuna Creations, some shredded cheese, and sometimes I’d throw some lettuce on it for crunch, or maybe a little ranch, depending on what flavor I used of the Creations. The first wrap I tried was Olé Xtreme Wellness Keto Friendly Carb Lean High Fiber Tortillas, and those are amazing.
