One thing Twitter is absolutely wonderful for is contacting businesses and getting help. Which is why I don’t get rid of my account like I really want to. Because if I have an issue with any business, and if you know me I always do, the first thing I do is go to Twitter and tell them what for.
I’ve contacted many businesses for many problems, usually restaurants, but the one that was the most awesome with helping me has got to be Spotify. If you’ve never heard of them, they’re a music/podcast streaming service like Pandora. You can use their free version that has ads, or you can pay a small monthly fee for their premium, which allows you all kinds of cool things and doesn’t play ads.
Their selection of music is amazing, and I had a fun time searching through their catalogue to find stuff for my own playlists. What’s even cooler is, in the premium, if you download songs (which takes no time at all when connected to WiFi, and takes up almost no room on your phone) you can use their Offline Mode to listen when you don’t have service, with no real issues. Since I live in the country with no reception, the offline mode is awesome, and I can hook up my phone to my car stereo and listen to my playlist while I’m driving, which is super awesome cause my CD player broke and the radio sucks.
Fun Fact: My CD player in my car broke with a Motley Crue CD stuck in it. I’m guessing the CD rocked so hard that the player fainted from awesomeness. I get it, CD player, I get it.
